  • Involved in turning around Electronics Business LG/MO Electro Distribution portfolio in 6 months with a turnover of $ 3M with net realization of $ 0.5 M.
  • Identified and evaluated new growth sectors, including International business expansion; interacted with venture capitalists & strategic investors- Idemitsu Japan for funding

Jun 2011 – Nov 2013: Kewalram Chanrai Group as Regional Manager- Nigeria - Springfield Agro Limited

  • Enhanced annual business in the fertilizer segment from $6M USD to $16M USD by leading corporate strategy, planning and designing a business model, setting up operations and clean operational strategies.
  • Spearheaded the entire sales & marketing operation for Eastern Nigeria thereby increased year-on-year sales quota from 22% to 66%, closed at an $ 31 mill overall net sales.
  • Premeditated & synchronized market development activities and campaigns in the region for Demand Creation Process.
  • Recognized Seed business and started from scratch & make it up to $ 5 mill USD as well as achieved increase in agrochemical business from $ 3 mill to $ 10 mill USD.

  • Drove significant efforts in designing and executing Area Sales Management & Development Plan as well as enhanced the territory sales from INR 50 Lakh to INR 2.5 Crores in 2009 – 2011.
  • Amplified specialty molecules sales by 35% and studied latest marketing trends & tracking competitors' activities and provided valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
